Kendelle Knapp

Kendelle Knapp is an associate at Bubley & Bubley, P.A., where she focuses her practice on real estate litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes, HOA disputes, contract disputes, quiet title actions, foreclosures, easement disputes, and escrow disputes.

Kendelle is a Tampa native. She attended Polk State College and Webber International University where she received her Bachelor of Criminal Justice Management. Kendelle also received the Academic Honor Award from Webber International University.

During her undergraduate studies, she played on the Women’s soccer team at both Polk State College and Webber International University, and served as captain for both programs.

Kendelle earned her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University, College of Law, in May of
2022.

While attending Florida State University, Kendelle played on the Women’s Club soccer team, was a member of the Trial Team, received two book awards, served as the president of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law student section, and served as the Administrative Editor of the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law, Volume 37.

Upon passage of the Florida bar exam in July of 2022, Kendelle has focused her legal career solely on helping clients through all of their real estate needs.

Kendelle is currently a board member of the North Tampa Bar Association. When Kendelle is not working, she enjoys playing soccer, golf, and attending all of the Tampa Bay professional sport teams games.
